History
The home is at least as old as 1908, since it's included on the 1908 map of Haverford. However, its first known owners are the Duttons in 1910. The Duttons potentially owned the home as far back as 1907, when Charles S. Taylor sold them land for $550, although it's unclear if the land is the full plot that the home would be located on (in this case, a typo in the number on the newspaper reporting), or just an extension of land to the side, since the transaction is stated to be 25x171 feet, but it would only make sense if the land were 75x171 feet.
1910 census: Business college teacher Frank is living with his family. They later moved to Seminole, Florida.
